UE's 100 Series is a cost-effective pressure and temperature switch for use in process plants. UE 100 models are used in heat tracing, freeze protection, pumps, compressors, fire suppression systems, and as inputs for annunciator panels.
The rugged NEMA 4X one-piece enclosure features a clamshell design slanted cover for easy access to the wiring terminal block. The wide variety of materials, microswitch, and process connection options make this SIL-certified switch a great fit for applications that require a weatherproof device.
- NEMA 4X epoxy-coated diecast aluminum enclosure
- Single SPDT snap-action switch output standard (DPDT optional)
- 1/8", 1/4", or 1/2" NPTF process connections
- Adjustable setpoint ranges: 0.2" WC to 500 PSID differential pressure, 300" WC Vac to 5000 PSI pressure, and -180° to 650° F (-117.8° to 343.3° C) temperature
- Tamper-resistant setpoint lock standard
- Internal adjustment standard, some models include reference scale or dial (See Model Selection Guide)
- Setpoint repeatability of ±1% to ±1.5% adjustable range, depending on model
- UL Listed, cUL certified, ATEX approved, CE compliant, some models NACE MR0175 compliant
- EXIDA Certified for use in SIL 2 functional safety systems, SIL3 capable
