HercuLine Electric Actuators from Honeywell simplify your process control applications. From programmable electronics to the HART and RS485/Modbus RTU communications interfaces, HercuLine products integrate your Actuator requirements into one package. Unique innovations built into the unit increase reliability, including non-contact position sensing, repeatability of 0.2% of the span, fail in place on power loss, and 10-60 second stroke time for 90° travel. As a result, Honeywell HercuLine Electric Actuators are ideal for continuous duty applications that cannot tolerate maintenance downtime and unexpected shutdowns. High reliability also reduces maintenance costs, decreasing the overall cost of ownership.

Honeywell HercuLine Electric Actuators are available in several different models to meet application requirements. The HercuLine 10260 is a 45 lb. (18kg.) specialty unit designed for gas and air valves, burner tilt, coal mill damper, ID/FD fan inlet damper and fan shutoff damper, and other related installations.

The Herculine 2000 Electric Actuator is a basic unit designed for on/off control, position proportional control, 50-400 in.lb. (6-45N-M) torque, 90° and 150° adjustable stroke, and 6-75 second stroke speed at 150 degree/60 Hz. These units are ideal for positioning Dampers, Butterfly Valves, Rotary Stem Valves, and more.

The HercuLine 2001 Electric Actuator has all of the features of the basic 2000 model, plus several enhancements including programmable digital electronics, current/voltage remote set-point control, current/voltage/digital output, Modbus RTU/HART communications, optional programmable relay outputs, and optional display and keypad. As with the basic 2000 model, Herculine 2001 Electric Actuators are ideal for positioning Dampers, Butterfly Valves, Rotary Stem Valves, and more.

The HercuLine 2002 Electric Actuator has all of the features of the 2001 model, plus standard programmable relays, auto/manual switch, and non-contact position sensing. As with the 200 and 2001 models, HercuLine 2002 Electric Actuators are ideal for positioning Dampers, Butterfly Valves, Rotary Stem Valves, and more.
