All Administrative functions, including order processing and expediting, purchasing, and inventory control are computer-controlled from our Charlotte office. Fully staffed sales offices and warehouses are located in Greenville, North Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina, and Richmond, Virginia. Each office is linked via dedicated communication lines that provide real time computer operations and seamless telephone communication. An EDI system is also in place to facilitate quick and easy order entry for your orders.

Technical sales representatives are strategically located throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia to better serve you. They are factory trained to the highest level of proficiency to assist you by providing solutions and application engineering on-site. This training is on-going and ensures that we stay abreast of the latest technologies and techniques utilized in the application of Instrumentation and Systems in the Process and Combustion Industries.

In support of our products, AC Controls represents AC Technical Services, who will provide Intergraded Process, Combustion Control and Burner Management Systems. In addition AC Technical Services will provide Field Installation Supervision, Start-up Service, Repair and Calibration Services.
