The Fairchild Model 20 Pneumatic Precision Booster for High Flow and Exhaust Capacities is a device that uses a force balance system to control the movement of the supply and exhaust valves. At set point, the force due to signal pressure that acts on the top of the Upper Diaphragm balances with the force due to output pressure acting on the bottom of the Lower Diaphragm. 1:1 signal output ration, 150 psig maximum output pressure, 250 maximum supply pressure, 45 SCFM flow capacity, 11 SCFM exhaust capacity, 1/4" water column sensitivity, 1.0 ratio accuracy, aluminum body and housing, zinc plated steel and brass trim, and Nitrile on Dacron Fabric diaphragm.

The Fairchild Model 200 Pneumatic Volume Booster reproduces a pneumatic signal in a 1:1 ratio. It is ideally suited for systems that require input isolation or increased forward flow capacity. The Model 200 has a 1 1/2" NPT pipe size, 250 psig maximum supply pressure, 150 psig maximum signal and output pressure, 830 SCFM flow capacity at 100 psig, 65 SCFM exhaust capacity where downstream pressure is 5 psig above 20 psig set point, 1" water column sensitivity, aluminum body and housing, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and zinc plates steel trim, and Nitrile on Dacron diaphragms.
