The Compact Injection Molded Impact Resistant "Mini-Roto" has been designed for use in small bins and hoppers where mounting space is a premium. This compact yet rugged level sensor included adjustable sensitivity allowing it to be used in materials with densitites between 5 lbs/cu ft and 65 lbs/cu ft.

The Bindicator Model "A" and it's simple, rugged construction permits mounting the entire unit outside the bin at a lower installation cost. Simplicity of the operating mechanism makes the entire unit readily accessible for inspection or repair resulting in lower maintenance cost.

The Bindicator Auto-Bin-Dicator's features make this an easy to install unit whic is designed for exterior, side-of-bin mounting. Wiring and inspection of control is simple. Easy removal of threaded cover exposes the Micro Switch.
Heavy Duty Roto-Bindicator Power Pak Assembly
The Roto-Bin-Dicator point level control eliminates bin overflow, empty bins, clogged conveyors, choked elevators and resulant damage and waste. For chemical, food, mining, plastics, ceramic and other industries.
Operation centers around a low torque slow speed synchronous motor. Absence of dry material allows the m otor to turn the paddle. Presence of dry material tends to stall the paddle and the motor. The resultant torque actuates a snap-action switch(es) which in turn controls audible and visual signals and/or start and stop machinery such as conveyors, elevators, feeders, etc. Mounts on top or side of bin.
Super-Safe Power Pak Assembly
Super-Safe Plus Power Pak Assembly
Under normal conditions, the Super-Safe-Plus roto paddle rotates freely. When material covers the paddle, it creates resistence to the paddle movement. This torques the drive motor, which actuates the optical motor position sensor, and operates the output relay. The optical pulse sensor inside the housing insures all the interal components such as the motor and clutch assembly are functioning correctly. This combination of mechanical and electronic sensing provides a premium failsafe level sensor that you can rely on for your most demanding applications.
