Ball Valves
Tyco Figure 803 ball valves are high quality reliable ball valves for standard process applications requiring bidirectional bubble-tight shut-off. The three piece swing out body design allows for easy maintenance and service. Dual live loaded stem seal design reduces emissions and compensates for high cycle wear. Fully enclosed stainless steel body bolts provide added corrosion protection and sealing integrity. Lock out handles are provided as standard. Steam trim valves provide high temperature packing and pressure relieving balls for low pressure steam service.
Butterfly Valves
Keystone Figure 221/222 resilient seated butterfly valves offer 250 psi bi-directional shut-off for general industrial and HVAC applications. The lugged version is rated for 250 psi dead-end service allowing for downstream piping removal. The valve design offers minimum flow restriction, low torques and long service life. Extended necks allow for clearances of flanges and insulation. Each valve is tested to 110 per cent of specified pressure rating.

Industrial Metering Products
AMCO Water Metering Systems provides a complete line of meters for high accuracy liquid measurement. Limit Switch
The KS-011-D31 Model K-Switch is a general purpose NEMA 4,4X position monitor with two each SPDT V3 mechanical switches. The unit has an easy to remove threaded cover. The K-Switch comes standard with dual NAMUR and Tyco mounting for direct mounting on Tyco MRP rack and pinion actuators and bracket mounting on any NAMUR mount actuator. Cam switch adjustments are easily accessible and dual ¾” NPT conduit entries give ample work space for wiring. An incorporated reflective indicator provides an easy to read visual position up to 100 feet.

Pneumatic Relays
Pneumatic relays perform mathematical functions on one or more input signals that result in a single regulated pneumatic output including average and sum. Fairchild pneumatic relays meet all the requirements of a precision device including accuracy, sensitivity, and fast response.
Positioners
The Tyco MC-013DN0 MCal Positioner provides accurate modulation of automated valve packages using a 3-15 psi input control signal. Stainless steel fasteners and a ED Epoxy housing finish gives superior corrosion resistance. The unit direct mounts on Tyco MRP rack and pinion actuators and is standard with NAMUR shaft.
Pressure Regulators
A pressure regulator reduces an unregulated high input pressure to a regulated lower output pressure. Its primary function is to maintain the regulated output pressure under flowing and non-flowing conditions. Fairchild manufacturers a complete line of precision pneumatic regulators including positive pressure, back pressure and vacuum models. Quality engineering and manufacturing excellence assures that our pressure regulators meet all the requirements of a precision device including, pressure accuracy, supply pressure immunity, low output droop, sensitivity and drift-free settings.
Solenoid Valves
Tyco AVID solenoids direct mount to Tyco MRP rack and pinion actuators allowing for automated operation. Manual override allows for simulation of coil operation. Solenoids operate from 35psi to 150psi supply pressure and from -20 to 150 degrees F. Solenoids are rated for continuous duty.

Transducers

Transmitters
